(But you can call me Meg.)

By now, you are wondering how I got here and why you should work with me. Honestly, it’s because I figured it out the hard way… you know, the non specifically money-making activities that keep a business running and take up all of your time, that if you could just get a handle on your business would be growing AND you could be spending your time doing the parts you actually like.

Specifically~ I specialize in building systems that allow your team to thrive (yes, your agents and your ops team can both get what they need!). I know how to get agents into production quickly, so they can start converting the leads you are killing yourself to provide. And most importantly, how to bridge the gap between the “sales vs. ops” perspective that show up and keep us stuck in the muck of it all. Oh, and, how to hire effectively for those key roles that really make a difference in your business!

Hi, I’m Meaghan.

TL;DR Version

My Career Journey:

Solo Agent ~ Regional Operations Coordinator (2 Regions) ~ DoTLS (Driver of Training & Lead Systems… AKA Director of Lead Gen & Onboarding and Training Manager) ~ New Partner Concierge ~ Executive Assistant to Director of Sales & Expansion ~ Chief of Staff

Basically, if it helped: the team operate better, agents sell more, improve hiring and training for key roles, create efficiency, reduce overhead, increase lead flow, or allow our team to function in more markets I worked on that.

(the long version)

I started as an agent on a team~ I've walked in those shoes, felt those struggles, and know exactly what support agents need because I lived it. I also know what it takes to build a thriving real estate team (because I helped do that too).

Here's the plot twist... I quickly learned that I didn't like selling. I LOVE helping people, strategizing, and crafting solutions... but actual house-selling and negotiating? Not my jam. I sold enough houses (4 if you're wondering) to prove two things: 1~ I could succeed in sales if I wanted to, and 2~ the systems and models really do work.

So, I found my sweet spot in team support, turning our sales leader's coaching and agent experience into rock-solid systems. This led to some pretty cool opportunities~ developing company-wide onboarding programs (180+ agents across the U.S.), implementing lead conversion models (across 200+ CRM platforms), and redesigning lead flow systems to reward our most dedicated agents.

My role expanded to refining the Regional Sales Leader position, where I uncovered my true passion—crafting clear job descriptions and aligning people with the

right roles. In the process, I became the bridge between operations and sales teams, ensuring both sides worked in sync.

Let’s be honest—operations professionals wear many hats, take on endless responsibilities, and often lack real influence. It’s rarely intentional, but it absolutely affects morale, efficiency, and overall team performance. My goal? To change that.

Why choose me? Even if I haven't done exactly what you're doing, I've probably supported it, created training for it, or been the sounding board for it. I've seen real estate from every angle~ from newbie solo agent to large-scale expansion, from basic appointment setting to creating business models in different countries... And I absolutely LOVE that each business brings its own unique challenges and opportunities! There's no one-size-fits-all in real estate, and that's exactly what makes it exciting.
